Would you like to sell your food or drink at our small family-run music festival?
Applications are now open!

We are looking for small independent traders whose ethos matches those of our organic farm and plastic-free festival. We will prioritise vendors who can provide a high proportion of vegetarian and vegan options, and who use no plastics or plastic lookalike material for serving.
Our pitch fees are very reasonable – around the price of a standard ticket - and are flexible depending on what you can provide for our crew. We are a family who loves to eat together, and we would love to share food with the team working at our festival. If you can provide some free meals for our musicians and crew we’d be very happy to offer you a significant reduction on your pitch fee in return.
We carefully choose our traders to ensure that each will be providing something unique for our festival-goers so you can be sure that you will be the only food trader of your kind within the festival.
Interested? Please complete our form to apply for a pitch to sell food or drink.
The small print:
-
All food vendors must provide a valid Food Hygiene Certificate and evidence of public liability insurance
-
Standard pitch size is a 3m x 3m gazebo
-
No single-use plastic; all drinks sold must be in cans or paper cups only
-
All serveware must be home-compostable; items which ‘look’ plastic and are made from PLA or cornstarch are not acceptable for disposal on site; if you have no option but to use these please note this on your application form. You will need to bring adequate bins for disposal and ensure that patrons are aware of the need to use your bins to dispose of your items.
